5、lestatepricesisnotsignificant.Inaddition,thecommercialrealestateareaofthisyearasasingleoftherealestatemarketsupply,itsimpactontherealestateisnotstable,becauseourresidentstopurchaserealestateconsidermoreoftheirowncapacity,ratherthanthemarketsupplyanddemand
6、conditions.Finally,theregulationeffectsofmoneysupplybetweenfinancialinstitutions’growthrateofloanshavebeencompared.Theresultsshowthattightenedmonetarypolicycaneffectivelyinhibittherisingrealestateprices,buttheeffectsofdifferentpolicyinstrumentsonthereales
7、tatemarkethaveshowedsignificantdifferences,inparticular,theadjustmentoffinancialinstitutions’loanscomparedwithmoneysupply,canimpactresidents’housingdemandsdirectly,andplayabettercontrolrole.Finally,thispaperhavemadeareviewandevaluationbasedonpracticesofCh
