2、趣班的学习的需求量的增加而增加。从而，便暴露出较多问题。如：培训班的安全问题、收费问题、教师问题等。而我从这些暴露出来的问题入手，进行了深入的思考。从而，以寻找出解决这些问题的突破口。经过分析阅读过的中外文献和自我的思考，发现很多的问题都出现在家长身上。如：家长的观念和思想较为落后，违反学生的意志强迫学生到课外兴趣班学习等。在对课外兴趣班的研究中，和阅读中外文献资料中，现已向小学生的课外兴趣班的主办方和家长身上存在的大量的问题进行研究和思考。通过阅读，我知道了一切应以人为本。所以此研究最终要使小学生课外兴趣班有序、按规则来发展，使得小学生的身心得到健康的发展。此次研究的对
