1、三江学院本科生毕业设计（论文）题目论我国夫妻财产分割制度院（系）专业学生姓名学号指导教师职称起讫日期设计地点15摘要随着社会经济文化等各方面的发展以及人们思想观念的改变，离婚案件呈不断增长的趋势，离婚案件中出现的夫妻财产分割问题也日益突出。在经济社会迅速发展和人民生活水平日益提高的今天，夫妻之间的财产与传统意义上相比，在财产构成、表现形式、价值大小等方面，已然发生了显著的变化，不少家庭在拥有可观的有形资产的同时还拥有了很多无形资产。这些新出现的财产类型在丰富我国夫妻财产内容的同时，在另一角度，因为这些财产其所具有的多样性与复杂性，分割这些财产时往往涉及到第三人的利益，往往会引发部门
2、法之间的冲突，这就在如何适用各种法律分割夫妻财产上增加了的难度。我国现行法律及其补充在这方面的规定不详尽，不能满足司法实践的需要。因此本文着眼于夫妻共同财产在现行婚姻法和司法解释上的规定，以及现行的离婚共同财产分割制度的立法缺陷，进行了初步的分析，并提出了完善离婚财产分割制度的一些建议，以期进一步完善婚姻方面的问题。关键字：离婚夫妻共同财产财产分割15AbstractWiththesocialeconomicandculturalaspectsofdevelopment,andthechangeofpeoples’ideas,thetrendofdivorcecasesisgrow
