3、rplantisrunning,asthesteamfloworthewaterflowchanging,theamountofboilingbubblesinthesteamgeneratorwillchangeduetolocalpressureortemperaturechange,theinstantaneouswaterlevelshowed“falsewaterlevel”phenomenon.Theexistenceof“falsewaterlevel”madeitdifficulttocontrolthewate
4、rlevel.Theintroductionoffeed-forwardcontroltothetraditionalsingle-loopPIDcontrolcan,inacertainextent,overcomethe"falsewaterlevel"phenomenon.ButtheconventionalPIDcontrolmethodintheprocessofsteamgeneratorwaterlevelcontrolhassomeshortcomings.Tothesteamgeneratorthathashi
5、ghlycomplex,largetime-delayandnonlineartime-varyingcharacteristics,thePIDparameterstuningisatediousjobandthecontroleffectisverypoor.Furthermore,toachievegoodcontrolperformancestillasconditionschanging,itoftenneedstochangethePIDcontrollerparameters.ButtheanalogPIDcont
6、rollerparametersaredifficulttoregulateonline.Fuzzycontrolisakindofnonlinearcontrolstrategybasedonfuzzyreasoning,whichexpressoperatingexperienceofskilledmanipulationmenandcommonsenserulesofinferencethroughvaguelanguage.Fuzzycontroldonotneedtoknowprecisemathematicalmod
