2、ubricantoillevelandpressure.检查润滑油油位和压力。7.Checkifthecompressor’slubricantisinnormalornot.检查压缩机润滑是否正常。8.Opentheinletandoutletvalveofcirculatingwater.打开循环水进出水阀。9.Turnonthelubricantoilheater.打开润滑油加热器。10.StarttheconpressorK2504Aandupload.启动压缩机K2504A并加载。11.Opentheventvalveofhighpressurenitro

3、genpipeabit.把高压氮管线上的放空阀打开一点。12.Turnonlubricantoilheateroftherefrigerating-dryer.Afterthehighpressureofcoolantbecomenormal,startthedryer.打开冷干机油加热器，等制冷剂高压正常后，启动冷干机。13.Turnontheanti-sandstormfanofcompressors.启动压缩机防沙暴风机。14.Takealookthepressureresistanceofthecompressor’sinlet.看看压缩机入口阻力。15.T

4、akealooktheairtemperatureofthecompressor’sinlet.看看压缩机入口温度。16.Drainthecondensatedwaterofcompressorbyhandvalve.手动排放压缩机冷凝水。17.Lowoilpressure/temperaturealarm.低油压／油温报警。18.1st/2nd/3rdstagevibrationhighalarm/trip.1级／2级／3级振动高报／联锁。19.PhaseA/B/Cofcompressormotorhightemperaturetrip.压缩机电机A/B/C相高温
