6、改造一期工程（XX段）位于XX县XX乡境内，本次工程内容主要为：土方、渠道衬砌及建筑物工程，全长10.5KM。本工程分为六个标段。我公司承担XX县XX渠节水改造一期工程（XX段）第三、四标施工任务。二、施工部署1、施工组织：我单位计划安排施工经验丰富的队伍上阵，组建项目部，保证该项目部施工经验丰富、组织严密、人员齐整。2、技术保证：成立技术质量组，由工程技术负责人分管其日常工作，同时及时制定相应的各种技术管理制度及运行方法。熟悉施工图纸、文件及建设单位、监理单位、上级主管部门对该工程的有关要求及相应文件，
