1、海尔oec管理模式学习总结篇一：海尔的OEC管理模式海尔的OEC管理模式一个曾亏损147万元的小厂，在20年后，竟然成为在海内外均享有较高知名度和美誉度的大型国际化企业集团，海尔集团创造了中国民族企业发展史上的奇迹，成为中国民族企业的典范。对于海尔的崛起，企业界和学术界相继展开了全方位、多角度的研究。在这些研究中，OEC管理模式——海尔成功的“法宝”之一，成为人们研究与关注的焦点。OEC管理模式的提出辩证唯物主义认为，实践是认识的来源、发展动力和检验认识正确性的惟一标准。认识总是具有一定局限性的，它需要人们在实践的基础上不断去深化和扩展，从而推动认识不断上升。另一方面，认识对实
