1、绕月探测工程科学数据发布管理办法第一章总则第一条为规范绕月探测工程科学数据发布管理工作，充分发挥科学数据的作用，制定本办法。第二条本办法所称科学数据，是指绕月探测工程中产生的探测数据和相关数据产品。第三条绕月探测工程所获取的科学数据归国家所有。第四条国防科工委月球探测工程中心（以下简称“工程中心”）负责制定科学数据发布的规定，授权用户的审批，监督科学数据的发布过程。第五条绕月探测工程地面应用系统（以下简称“地面应用系统”）是科学数据发布的实施单位，负责建立科学数据用户档案，依据工程中心授权向用户提供科学数据。第六条科学数据发布应当遵循促
2、进数据交换和共享，有利于科学数据使用效益最大化；尊重国际惯例，促进国际合作的原则。第二章科学数据的分类与分级第七条科学数据分为以下八类：（一）CCD立体相机科学数据；（二）干涉成像光谱仪科学数据；aspecialtooltomeasurehalfapointtherotorshaftrunoutandsimultaneousmeasurementoftwocouplingfluttertesting,itshouldmeettherequirements.Installthecouplinghousingstoensureembedde

6、itsinterioriscleanandfreeofanydebris.Byquality,mechanical,electricalandotherprofessionalstoconductanexaminationoftherotor,confirmthewearconditionoftherotor.Specialequipmentinspectionandrotorthroughthepreparationtoolbeforeloadinginventory,checktoconfirmthatitappearsintact
