1、多级气液联合搅拌新型CSTR反应器研制及其效益探析　　摘要：针对传统CSTR反应器存在搅拌不均匀、微生物与有机物接触不充分、顶层易结壳、能源转化效率低、搅拌装置更换频繁、维修费用高等问题，研制了一种多级气液联合搅拌新型CSTR反应器，其包括连续搅拌全混合厌氧反应器主体、文丘里管、多级外循环管路。利用文丘里管实现了气液联合搅拌的效果，用泵把发酵液吸出，再通过文丘里管将其射入，沼气在射入位置的上部形成搅拌作用，可以防止发酵液上层结壳，液体通过流出和射入的液位差形成搅拌作用，而且可以根据发酵过程的不同情况，对发酵原料进行不同形式、不同程度的搅拌。与传统的CSTR反应器进行比较，新型CSTR反
