1、毕业设计(论文)专业班级学生姓名学号课题基于PLC的建筑设备自动控制系统设计——电梯控制系统设计（一）指导教师摘要本文介绍一种电梯PLC控制系统。电梯是垂直方向的运输设备，是高层建筑中不可缺少的交通运输设备。它靠电力，拖动一个可以载人或物的轿厢，在建筑的井道内导轨上做垂直升降运动，在人们生活中起着举足轻重的作用。而控制电梯运行的PLC系统也要求越来越高，要求达到电梯运行的“稳、准、快”的运行目的。该系统主要由PLC、逻辑控制电路组成。其中包括继电器、接触器、行程开关、按钮、发光指示器和变频器组成为一体的控制系统。本机控制单元采用
2、以西门子的可编程控制器PLC对机器进行全过程控制。为了提高电梯控制系统的可靠性和设备的工作效率，设计了以PLC为核心控制器的电梯控制系统，用来取代以往的较复杂的继电器—接触器控制。本设计控制系统针对的是五层电梯。核心控制部分采用的是软件程序控制，从而在保证电梯正常运行这个要求的情况下，大大的提高了电梯故障检查与维修的方便性和容易性，同时还克服了手动操作所带来的一些人为干扰因素，实现了电梯主机的启动加速与稳定运行、停车制动、呼叫优先响应和开关门等控制功能，取得了良好的预期效果。关键词：电梯；PLC；梯形图；控制系统46Abstra
