1、低场MR对乳腺癌诊断价值【摘要】目的评估低场MR对乳腺癌的表现和诊断价值。方法收集本院近3年间（2005年5月至2008年6月）资料完整的乳腺MRI检查并经手术（或穿刺）后病理证实的乳腺癌患者40例作为研究对象，对其临床资料及MRI等影像表现进行回顾性分析。结果患者均为女性，年龄38~86岁，平均49岁，大多数为浸润性导管癌（20例）及髓样癌（16例），只有４例为浸润性特殊型癌，黏液腺癌，本组研究显示MRI对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为98.6%、86.5%、89.5%。结论乳腺癌的MRI表现较有特异性，MRI为乳腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断提供了一种安全有效的影像学手段，特别是MR

7、aging(MRI)；Themammaryglandscancer；Examineapatienttodiscriminatethediagnosis乳腺癌为女性常见病，多发病，发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势，且发患者群越来越年轻化，严重危害妇女的健康。早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗是降低乳腺癌死亡率的关键。医学影像学对乳腺癌的检出和诊断具有重要价值。常规检查已不能很好地满足其要求。近年来，随着MR设备的改进及其广泛应用，技术的提高，特别是
