1、商会大厦基坑支护内支撑梁拆除施工方案一、工程概况本工程为大底盘二层地下室，上部建筑包括框架—核心筒结构体系高层办公楼和框架结构体系裙房，其中办公楼28层，裙房3层。工程建筑面积约78000平方米，+-0.000相当于黄海高度程6.08米。本工程基坑支护采用直径800的钻孔灌注桩作围护桩，A600的水泥搅拌桩作止水桩及被动土区的加固桩。围护桩顶做钢筋混凝土冠梁及第一道内支撑，顶面标高为—3.000。第一道内支撑由坑内内支撑系统的竖向立柱桩支撑。74根竖向立柱桩由43根新设A800钻孔灌注桩和31根利用工程桩组成。第二道内支撑通过腰梁与围护桩主筋进行连接
