1、一、概述YZRW起重及冶金用涡流制动三相异步电动机（简称涡流制动电动机）是一种新型的调速电动机，它由YZR系列电动机和感应式涡流制动器组成，应用于各种型式的起重机械中电力传动和调速。电动机具有较大的过载能力和较高的机械强度，因此，它特别适用于那些短时或断续工作制频繁起动，制动，有时过负荷及有显著的振动与冲击的设备。涡流制动器的电枢与电动机同轴旋转。当励磁绕组通入直流电时，涡流制动器产生的力矩与电动机的力矩相反，起动制动力的作用，使电动机的转速降低。通过调节涡流制动器励电流的大小，即可达到调节电动机转速的目的。涡流制动

2、器采用关环或闭环控制，调速范围可从电动机额定转速调至同步转速的1/5~1/10。感应式涡流制动器结构简单，使用可靠，维护方便。YZRW涡流制动电动机与其配套的控制装置所组成的调速系统，调速性能好，设备投资费用少，配套方便，具有调速平稳，不受负荷正反方向的限制，在任意负载下均能达到电动机的稳定低速运转和低速安装，就位准确等优点。电动机的功率等级和安装尺寸符合IEC72推荐标准。涡流制动电动机绝缘等级为F级和H级别有两种，F级绝缘适用于环境空气温度不超过40℃的场所，H级绝缘适用于环境空气温度不超过60℃的冶金场所，两者
