1、重庆工商大学(商务策划学院)职业经理人考核论文摘要上世纪70年代,著名企业史学者阿尔弗雷德钱德勒在其《看得见的手》中指出:“现代企业从本质上来说就是由一群领取薪水的职业经理所经营的企业”。而今在部分发达国家数百职业经理人主宰这一国经济,70%的世界500强企业CEO都是由各级经理晋升而来,当然这条路也并不平坦。特别是中国,在企业国际化的进程中,对职业经理人的需求也越来越大。中国的职业经理人队伍也日渐增大,甚至成为企业中领导和管理中不可或缺的力量。当然,我们在通过职业来满足各方利益的同时更应该拥有良好的
