2、庭旅馆的发展进行了具体的分析。首先依据国内外关于家庭旅馆的相关理论研究，对秦皇岛的家庭旅馆进行了理论上的解释。接下来通过抽样实地调研，电话采访以及采访知情导游和收集网上资料的方式获得相关数据和信息，在此基础上对秦皇岛的发展现状进行了总结，并结合SWOT分析法和波特的五力模型理论对秦皇岛家庭旅馆的发展现状作了相关分析。最后对分析中发现的问题提出了解决方案，并对秦皇岛家庭旅馆的可持续发展提出了相应的对策。[关键词]家庭旅馆；发展现状；发展对策；秦皇岛1AbstractThemajorityofdomestictouristsinChinaisalsoaneconomi
