1、青岛理工大学琴岛学院毕业论文（设计）摘要旋压机是通过对工件毛坯进行旋转的方式达到无缝的连接，是一种塑性成型机械，类似于冲压件的成型方式，但是相比于冲压件却更加的方便快捷，便于节省材料，达到工件的一种多外形的加工，其加工范围将更加扩大，同时一次装夹实现工件的多外形加工，相比于其他的冲压的成型方式节省了装夹的次数，同时相应地提高了工作效率，更加的提高了工件的加工精度，是一种多用途多范围的加工圆形成型面的一种组合机床，满足工作的各项实际需求。其中的旋轮座是旋压机工作的核心部件，在工件的加工过程中，首先完成类似于车床的对工件的装夹
2、方式，毛坯的一端置于主轴的卡盘上，另一端采用尾顶机构进行固定，其中的类似于刀具的旋轮置于旋轮座上，通过三个互成120度的旋轮的转动，以及在导轨上的移动实现对工件的旋转加工，以达到加工的要求。旋轮座是用来固定旋轮以及旋轮轴的的一个机构，旋轮轴通过轴承安装在旋轮座上，轴的前端安装旋轮通过轴的转动实现旋轮的转动。然后旋轮座上又固定滑块通过滑块连接导轨，滑块是安装在滑道内的的装置，通过滑块的转动用滚动摩擦的方式减小了滑动的阻力，一个旋轮座大约有六个有滑块的滑道，用来增加滑动的稳定性以及承受滑动过程中的旋轮座对导轨的压力，减小了压强
