1、摘要改革开放以来，随着我国综合国力的不断增长，我国在施工项目方面的需要不断增加，对各类工程施工项目涉及利益的参与各方进行冲突分析研究是非常重要的，对项目冲突的处理水平提出了更高的要求，建设工程是在冲突的产生和处理的过程中不断成长的，近年来建设工程技术和管理的复杂程度逐年提高，使工程的各个参与方之间产生越来越多的冲突，使工程的进度发生了较大的改变，如今对工程的参与各方的冲突的处理已经不能满足现实的要求，基于以上研究，需要对工程建设参与各方之间产生的冲突进行分析。本篇论文参考项目全生命周期的有关知识，全面的探讨了工程项目各个参与方的冲突和解决的方法，描述了工程项
2、目利益相关方与建设项目冲突的含义，特点，识别流程，并对建设项目利益相关方的识别方法，冲突的类型以及冲突产生的原因全面的进行了阐述，综合运用了全项目生命周期的相关知识，依据项目管理的知识，全面准确的提出了全项目生命周期内工程参与方之间冲突的解决办法，以500kv油城变压器监理项目为实例分析，提出了解决全项目生命周期内各个项目参与方之间冲突的处理方法。关键词：项目管理 项目生命周期 利益相关方 冲突管理AbstractSincereformandopening,withthecontinuousgrowthofChina'scomprehensivenation
