8、广泛运用,膜电解生产的其氧化钠浓度可达30%-50%(质量)。此外,离子膜电解制碱还有投资省,能耗低,氢氧化钠质量好,无污染,生产成本低等优点。因此无论是国外还是国内在新建,改造和扩建生产装置时都会首先考虑这一技术。本设计依据技术先进,经济合理,工艺可靠,系统最优的原则完成。烧碱的生产方法
