3、destoofewexamples.Itissimplynotagoodintroductorytext.Ontheotherhand,Jacksonwasveryambitious.Asidefromsomenotableomissions(suchasconformalmappingmethods),Jacksonexposesthereadertomostofclassicalelectro-magnetictheory.EvenThomasAquinaswouldbeimpressed!Asareference,Jackson’
4、sbookisgreat!ItisobviousthatJacksonknowshisstuff,andinnoplaceisthismoreapparentthanintheproblemswhichheasksattheendofeachchapter.Sometimestheproblemsarequitesimpleorroutine,othertimesdifficult,andquiteoftentherewillbeundauntingamountsofalgebrarequired.Solvingtheseproblemsis
