7、能第一节、工程识图1、体的投影体的投影,实质上构成该体的所有面的投影总和。运用点、线、面投影规律,就可以分析体的投影(如下图1-1)。平面ABCD和平面EFGH都是水平面,平面AEFB和DHGC都是正垂面,这四个正面投影都积聚成直线。前后两个平面BFGC和AEHD分别为侧垂面和正平面,其正面投影重合线框b’f’g’c’(a’e’h’d’)。在水平投影中abcd和efgh反映实形,abfe,dcgh和bfgc具有类似性,aehd则积聚为一直线。图1-1:体的三面投影图1-2:体的三视图2、投影与三

8、视图视图:就是将产品向投影面投影所得的图形。投影面上的投影与视图,在本质上是相同的。工件在三个基本投影面上所得的三视图分别称为:主视图:由前向后投影,在V面上所得的视图。如图1-1所示俯视图:由上向下投影,在H面上所得的视图。如图1-1所示左视图:由左向右投影,在W面上所得的视图。如图1-1所示三投影面展开后,平面体的三视图如图B所示。根据投影分析,三视图之间有两个重要的对应关系,即:(1)之间的度量对应关系编号:版本:页次:日期:QC技能手册从图2-2可以看出,主视图能反映物体的长度和高度,俯
