3、siond−2withconstantcurvatureandanalyseindetailthefieldequationsandmanifesttheirsymmetries.ThefieldequationsofthefullsystemareshowntoreducetoasingleorcoupleofODE’swhichcanbeusedtosolveanalyticallyornumericallythetheoryforthesymmetryathand.Furthersolutionscanalsobegeneratedbyasolutiongeneratingtechnique

4、akintotheEMdualityintheabsenceofacosmologicalconstant.Wethenfindandanalyseexplicitsolutionsincludingblackholesandgravitatingsolitonsforthecaseoffourdimensionalrelativityandthehigher-dimensionaloxydised5-dimensionalspacetime.Thegeneralsolutionisobtainedforacertainrelationbetweencouplingsinthecaseofcyl
