2、ectlimitsontheHiggsbosonmassfromtrivialityarguments,vacuumstability,andprecisionelectroweakmea-surementsarepresented.AneectiveLagrangian,validwhenthereisnolowmassHiggsboson,isusedtodiscussthephysicsofastronglyinteractingelectroweaksymmetrybreakingsector.Finally,theHiggsbosonsoftheminimal
3、supersymmet-ricmodelareconsidered,alongwiththeresultingdierencesinphenomenologyfromtheStandardModel.1IntroductionThesearchfortheHiggsbosonhasbecomeamajorfocusofallparticleac-celerators.Inthesimplestversionoftheelectroweaktheory,theHiggsbosonservesbothtogivetheWandZbosonstheirmassesandtog
