1、学号:常州大学毕业设计(论文)(2012届)题目学生学院专业班级校内指导教师专业技术职务校外指导老师专业技术职务二○一二年六月干式变压器温度控制的研究与设计摘要:干式变压器的安全运行和使用寿命,很大程度上取决于变压器绕组绝缘的安全可靠。绕组温度超过绝缘耐受温度使绝缘破坏,是导致变压器不能正常工作的主要原因之一,因此对变压器的运行温度的监测及其报警控制是十分重要的。本文是关于干式变压器的温度控制的研究与设计。此次的设计实现了温度的预置、温度采集、温度的显示、超温报警和相关的控制。本文选择了AT89C52作为本次设计的控制器。对于温度预置,此次设计通过一个滑动变阻器来实现。温度采集是通
2、过负温度系数热敏电阻5K检测相关信号并传至控制器中。信号的转换通过AD转换器PCF8591来实现。温度显示通过液晶显示屏LCD1602来实现。超温报警是通过控制器的一个引脚来控制。由于成本的考虑,本次设计并没有相关的控制电路,至于控制信号则是通过液晶显示屏来模拟显示。关键字:干式变压器;温度控制;AD转换器PCF8591VIResearchanddesignofdry-typetransformertemperaturecontrolAbstract:Safeoperationandservicelifeofdry-typetransformers,dependslargelyon
