7、要求的最重要措施自已,它不仅能提高产品质量、生产效率,降低生产成本,还能够极大的改善工人的劳动条件,减轻劳动强度。而这使数控技术在现代工业中地位越来越重要。机械制造工艺是机械制造技术的重要内容和核心技术,精密加工、自动加工、高速加工等先进制造技术就是以制造工艺的内容为基础的。机械制造的过程是将原材料经过工艺系统中的各种加工方法变成机械产品的过程。机械制造工艺就是以制造过程为主线,介绍零件制造的方法和技术,是包括零件机械加工与装配以及机床夹具设计为基本内容的一门应用技术综合课程。在机械加工工艺教学中,机械制造专业学生及数控技术专业

8、学生都要学习数控车床铣床操作技术。让学生了解相关工种的先进技术,同时培养工作岗位的前瞻性;在讲授数控知识的同时,必须要求学生掌握基本的机械加工工艺,增强系统意识,理解手动操作与自动操作之间的联系,真正把学生培养成为适应各种工作环境和岗位的多面手。数控车工基础工艺
