5、lChengduCity,theenactmentofthisordinance.ThesecondurbanwatersupplyreferredtointheseRegulationsreferstourbanpublicwatersupplyandselfbuiltfacilitieswatersupply.Thethirdregulationappliestothemunicipalwatersupply,wateruseandrelatedmanagementactivitiesintheadmin
6、istrativeareaofthismunicipality.Fourthurbanwatersupply,adheretotherationaldevelopment,protectionofwatersourcesandplannedwateruse,waterconservationcombined,toensurewatersupplyandensurethecombinationofwaterqualityprinciples.Fifththepeople'sgovernmentsatalllev
7、elsinthisMunicipalityshouldbringthedevelopmentofurbanwatersupplyintothenationaleconomicandsocialdevelopmentplan.Theadministrativedepartmentofurbanwatersupplyshall,inconjunctionwiththerelevantdepartments,drawuptheurbanwatersupplydevelopmentplaninaccordancewi
