1、华北科技学院毕业设计摘要本设计包括两部分:一般部分和专题部分。一般部分是河北开滦集团荆个庄矿240万吨新井设计。全篇共有十篇,依次是:矿区概述及井田地质特征,井田境界及储量,矿井工作制度和设计生产能力,井田开拓,采区巷道的布置,采煤方式,井下运输,矿井提升,矿井通风与安全,矿井基本技术经济指标。开滦矿务局荆个庄矿位于河北省唐山市境内。井田面积27.51平方公里。井田内可采煤层共2层,分别为9号煤层和11号煤层,9号煤层为主采煤层,煤层赋存稳定平均厚度4.2米,平均倾角8.0度,为近水平煤层。井田内工业储量为30811万吨,可采储量为2391
2、0万吨。相对瓦斯涌出量为0.879m3/t,绝对瓦斯涌出量为3.24m3/min,属于低瓦斯矿井。煤层无自然发火现象。该矿井设计年生产能力为240万吨,服务年限为63年。采用双立单水平开拓盘区条带开采。开采水平标高为-340水平。矿井采用单面倾斜长壁后退式一次采全高全部垮落法综合机械化采煤法。矿井布置一个综采面,工作面长度为230米。煤的运输采用胶带输送机。矿井通风机工作方式为抽出式,矿井通风方式为中央并列式。专题部分为煤矿顶板事故防治技术研究。关键词:井田开拓;采煤方式;运输提升;通风安全;综合机械化第123页共124页华北科技学院毕业设
