1、局严以修身专题党课讲话稿按照中央和省委、市委的统一要求和部署，“三严三实”专题教育正在我局有序推进。我局党委积极响应上级要求，把专题教育融入领导干部经常性学习教育的一次探索实践。活动是有起点、有终点、有阶段性的，而“三严三实”专题教育是没有阶段性的，它应当是我们党员终身的必修课。“严以修身”作为“三严三实”的开篇，是做到“三严三实”的基础和首要要求。“严以修身”既是对中华民族优秀传统文化的深刻把握，也是新时期加强党的建设的新要求，作为一名党员领导干部，务必准确把握、深刻领悟、充分认识其精髓要义。第一，“严以修身”是对中华民族优秀传统文化的继承和弘扬。“严以修身
