1、辉山_益生缘_复合益生菌发酵乳促进人体肠道健康功效的临床研究_伍佩英·1242·◎SPRIM营养/环境健康研究◎ChinJDisControlPrev 2010 Dec;14(12)辉山“益生缘”复合益生菌发酵乳促进人体肠道健康功效的临床研究伍佩英1,蔡东联2,陈娜3,李桂宇3,宋庆凤3,林晶3,金苏4【摘要】 目的 评估辉山“益生缘”复合益生菌发酵乳对人体促进肠道消化吸收及通畅的改善效果;评估辉山“益生缘”复合益生菌发酵乳对肠道微生态菌群的改善效果;辉山“益生缘”复合益生菌发酵乳对肠道短链脂肪酸的改善效果。方法 将符合要求的120名25~45岁志愿者根据男∶女=1∶2的比例
2、被随机分为空白对照组、普通酸奶产品组、辉山“益生缘”复合益生菌发酵乳组3个组。除空白对照组以外的80名志愿者,分别在试验第1天至第21天服用对应产品,每天2次,分别于午餐后1h及晚餐后1h服用,每次117g,持续3周。结果 辉山“益生缘”复合益生菌具有明显改善肠道微生态环境,促进肠道短链脂肪酸的生成;改善肠道症状,促进肠道通畅的作用,有助于消化吸收。结论 辉山“益生缘”复合益生菌发酵乳产品对促进人体肠道消化吸收及通畅,肠道微生态环境的改善以及对肠道短链脂肪酸的改善均具有显著的效果。————————————————————————————————————————————————
