3、ct,inwholeorinpart,maybeassertedagainsttheotherpartyonlyifthepreventedpartygivesnoticebyregisteredmailoftheinceptionandcessationoftheforcemajeurewithinfifteen(15)daysineachcaseenclosingaconfirmationbytheproperauthoritiesorpublishedinformationattestingthere
4、alityofthefactsandtheaccuracyofthedatasupplied.Apartyclaimingforcemajeurehastheburdentoprovethedirectrelationshipbetweentheforcemajeureandthenon-performanceofitsobligationsunderthisContract.不可抗力是指在一方的控制能力之外的事件，并导致该方不能够履行本合同项下的义务。不可抗力包括但不限于：政府和公共机构的禁令和法令、暴乱
5、、战争、敌对状态、公共骚乱、罢工、其他的劳工纠纷和停工、交通或其他公共设施的瘫痪或中断、流行病、火灾、地震、暴风雨、海啸或其他的自然灾害。对于使乙方受到阻碍而不能履行本合同项下的全部或部分的义务的不可抗力，受阻方应在不可抗力发生和终止的十五（15）天内，分别以挂号邮寄的方式将不可抗力的开始和结束时间明确通知另一方，并随信附上有关机构的证明或其公开发布的信息，以之证明事实的真实性和所提供的数据的准确性。声称发生不可抗力的一方有义务证明不可抗力与其不能履行本合同项下的义务之间有直接联系。不可抗力是指一方的不能控
6、制的、导致该方不能够履行其在本合同项下义务的事件。不可抗力事件包括但不限于：政府或公共机关的禁令或行为、动乱、战争、敌对行动、民众骚乱、罢工、其他的劳动纠纷和停工、交通或其他公用事业的停顿或中断、流行病、火灾、水灾、地震、风暴、海潮或其他自然灾害。一方因遭受不可抗力而不能全部或部分的履行其在本合同项下的任何义务，可以通知另一方不可抗力的存在，条件是受阻方应在不可抗力发生和终止后十五（15）日内，分别用挂号信向另一方发出该不可抗力的起始和终止的通知，并附上有关当局的证明或其公开发布的信息，证明事实真相和所提供
