1、纳米技术在食品工业中的应用摘要食品是人类生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分，在把原材料加工成食品的过程中需要许多的工序及其机械设备，把纳米技术应用到这些步骤上将会大大的提高效率及成品的质量。纳米科技是在纳米尺度理解、控制和操纵物质世界的一项科学技术。纳米技术是20世纪80年代末、90年代初迅速发展起来的一项高新科学技术，许多国家均把其列入国家重点研究领域，每年投入大量人力和物力对其进行基础和应用研究。纳米技术已广泛应用于材料、化工、医药、通信、能源等领域，近年来纳米技术在医药上的许多研究成果正逐步地应用于食品行业，使食品工艺得到了改进，生产效率得到了提高
