1、小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变119例证候疗效观察【摘要】目的观察小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变（PLGC）临床疗效。方法将236例PLGC患者随机分为2组。治疗组119例予小归芍颗粒，每次1袋，饭前30min服用，每日3次;对照组117例予胃复春片，每次4片，饭前30min服用，每日3次。2组疗程均为3个月，观察证候疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.76%，对照组为71.79%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）;治疗组脾胃湿热证、胃络瘀血证疗效优于对照组（P<0.05），肝胃不和证、脾胃虚弱证、胃阴不足证2组疗效差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗组对胃及两胁

2、胀满、胃痛疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.01），对大便干燥疗效优于对照组（P<0.05），对嗳气疗效2组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗组对舌红、舌黯红有瘀斑、舌苔白腻和舌苔黄疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.01）;对舌淡胖有齿痕疗效2组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变疗效确切。【关键词】癌前状态;活血;健脾;清热;胃肿瘤　　ClinicaleffectofgranulaofXiaoguishaogranulaoftraditionalChineseherbsonpatientswithprecancerousl
