7、面积211443㎡,地下部分总建筑面积72085㎡,总占地面积56888.9㎡,合同造价590,596,834.58元。本工程地下室为现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,地上为现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。建筑结构的安全等级为二级,结构设计基准期为50年,结构设计使用年限为50年,建筑抗震设防类别为标准设防(丙)类,地基基础设计等级为甲级。本工程由2层连通地下室和21栋住宅楼组成,由北往南依次有K、M、T三种户型,编号分别为K4~K8,M6~M13,T4~T10、T26。其中
