4、ralProvisionsArticle1inordertostrengthenthemanagementofhousingspecialmaintenancefunds,theestablishmentofhousingmaintenancemechanism,maintenanceofhousingspecialmaintenancefundsthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofall,accordingtotheprovisionsoftheStateCounci
5、l"propertymanagementregulations",combinedwiththeactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach.Secondofthecityadministrativeareahousingspecialmaintenancefundsdeposited,use,managementandsupervision,applicabletothesemeasures.Thespecialmaintenancefundofthehousemen
6、tionedinthethirdMeasuresreferstothefundsforthemaintenance,renewalandreconstructionaftertheexpirationofthewarrantyforthesharedpartsofthehouseandthecommonfacilitiesandequipment.Saidhousingsharingpartsofthesemeasuresisdefinedaccordingtothelaws,regulations
7、andthesaleofhousing,thesinglebuildingownersorstructurelinkedtodifferentbuildingsownersofsomeparts,generallyinclude:buildingfoundation,bearingwall,column,beam,floor,roofandoutdoorwalls,staircases,corridors,lobbychannel.Thehousingcommonfacilitiesmentione
