6、计算及说明结果321.1已知条件车床的主参数和基本参数如表1-1所示。表1-1工件最大回转直径正转最高转速电机功率公比转速级数Z32014203.01.41121.2结构式根据要求,转速级数为12级。根据结构式的确定原则:前多后少、前疏后密、前快后慢,及在降速传动中,防止齿轮直径过大而使径向尺寸常限制最小传动比;在升速时为防止产生过大的噪音和震动常限制最大转速比。可初步确定结构式为。1.3绘制转速图1.3.1选定电动机一般车床若无特殊要求,多采用Y系列封闭式三相异步电动机,根据原则条件选择Y100L2-4型Y系列笼式三相异步电动机,额定功率3.0,满载转速1420。

7、1.3.2确定各级转速由、、z=12,查《机械制造装备设计》表10.1标准数列确定各级转速:1400、1000、710、500、355、250、180、125、90、63、45、31.5r/min。1.3.3确定各轴转速结构式为电机Y100L2-4,额定功率3.0,满载转速142032在五根轴中,除去电动机轴,其余四轴按传动顺序依次设为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ。Ⅰ与Ⅱ、Ⅱ与Ⅲ、Ⅲ与Ⅳ轴之间的传动组分别设为a、b、c。现由Ⅳ(主轴)开始,确定Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ轴的转速:先来确定Ⅲ轴的转速(1)传动组c的变速范围为,结合结构式,Ⅲ轴的转速只有一种可能:125、180、250、355、
