5、ntionlaw"andotherrelevantlawsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach.Thesecondarticleappliestotheecologicalenvironmentprotectionandpollutionpreventionofdrinkingwatersourceandundergroundwatersource(hereinafterreferredtoasdrink
6、ingwatersource)centralizedwatersupplyintheadministrativeareaofthismunicipality.Thirddrinkingwatersourcesenvironmentalprotectionworkintothecity,District,county(city)longenvironmentaltargetresponsibilitysystem,thepeople'sgovernmentsatalllevelsareresponsib
7、lefortheenvironmentalqualityofdrinkingwatersourceswithinthejurisdiction.TheFourthMunicipalPeople'sgovernmentsdividethedrinkingwatersourceprotectionzonesintotheadministrativeregionsandimportantdrinkingwatersourcesinthisMunicipality,andexamineandapproveth
8、eschemeandspecificprovisionsfortheprotectionofdrinkingwatersources.TheDistrict,county(city)people'sgovernmentdividesthedrinkingwatersourcesoftheChinesewatersupplyintheadministrativeareaintowatersourceprotectionareasandrecordsthem
