3、ectchemicallabinstrument,andlaysbasicrequirementonthefunction,structure,performance,installationandtestoftheequipmentinthepowerhouse.1.2本技术规范书提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节作出规定，也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文，卖方保证提供符合本技术规范书和工业标准的化学仪器仪表的优质设备及其相应服务。凡本技术规范书未涉及到的而又确需要卖方提供的任何产品或系统，均属于

5、etechnicalspecificationsandindustrialstandardofchemicalinstrumentsandcorrespondingservices.Foranyproductionorsystemthatnotinvolvedinthistechnicalspecificationbutitreallyrequiresforthissystem,allbelongtotheseller'sscopeofsupply.1.3本规范书所引用的标准若与供方所执行的标准发生矛盾时，按较
