1、本科毕业设计（论文）题目：雪城-西苇天然气管道工程初步设计学生姓名：学号：专业班级：指导教师：2012年6月3日摘要雪城-西苇天然气管道工程初步设计是根据设计任务书提供的原始数据，跟据输气管道工程设计规范以及相关设计规范的要求，进行初步设计计算。设计过程中，首先以一种设计压力、管径、钢材材质、有无内涂层、压比进行初步计算，然后编程计算不同管径、压比、有无内涂层等情况下的方案，经比较后确定最优方案。得出的最优方案进行重新布站，进行校核计算和设备选型。本工程全长2150km，沿线共设两处分输站。工程计划分期投产，一期输气量40×108Nm3/a，二期输气量60×
2、108Nm3/a投产启输量10×108Nm3/a。工程建设包括全线各站场、全线管道工程、自控、电力、通信、防腐及阴极保护等基础配套工程。管道全线采用SCADA自动控制系统，全线的运行操作由调度中心完成。输气干线防腐以三层PE防腐为主，同时以阴极保护为辅的防腐蚀控制，站内以牺牲阳极保护为主。关键词：输气管道；设计计算；最优计算；工艺站场ABSTRACTXueYutoWeiChengnaturalgaspipelineprojectpreliminarydesignisbasedontheinitialdataprovidedbydesignassignment
