3、aintenanceofseedproducers,operatorsandusersofthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofaquaticproducts,promotethesustainedandhealthydevelopmentoftheaquacultureindustry,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinafisherylaw"andrelevantlawsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualsituationinourprovince,theena
4、ctmentofthisapproach.Secondintheadministrativeregionofourprovinceengagedinthedevelopmentandutilizationofaquaticgermplasmresources,aquaculturevarietiesbreeding,aquaticseedproduction,management,importandexportanditssupervisionandmanagementactivities,applicabletothesemeasures.Saidtheaquatic
5、fingerlingsthisapproachisusedforaquaticbreeding,aquaculture(cultivation)aquaticproduction,scientificresearchandornamentalplantsoftheparents,pedomorphism,fertilizedeggs,larvae,sporesandgeneticbreedingmaterials.Thirdaquaticfingerlingsadheretotheprotectionanddevelopmentoftheprincipleofmanag
6、ement,biodiversityconservation,activelydevelopthefamouswaterproducts.Fourthprovincialfisheryadministrativedepartmentsareresponsibleforthemanagementofaquaticgermplasmresourcesandaquaticfingerlingsintheprovince.Thefisheryadministrativedepartmentsatorabovethecountylevelshallberesponsiblefor
7、themanagementofaquaticgermplasmresourcesandaquaticfingerlingsintheiradministrativeareas,andthespecificadministrativelawenforcementworkshallbeundertheresponsibilityofthefisherysupervisionandadministrationinstitutionunderwhichtheybelong.Industryandcommerce,qualityandtechnic
