2、atureone,andstrictlyperformintheadmissionprocedure,topreventthePartymember1农村养老院的发展现状及问题分析——以固原寨科乡为例摘要所谓养老院是指由政府拨款或社会集资兴办，各地民政部门管理的社会福利机构。主要安置社会上无家可归、无依无靠、无生活来源、无生活能力的孤寡老人。撤乡并镇后寨科乡养老院建设成为了能容纳70人左右的养老院，通过对寨科乡养老院现状的调查，分析目前寨科乡存在的工作人员缺乏，服务水平低、入住对象仅向五保户开放、医疗服务体系发展缓慢、养老院资金欠缺、养老院组织的娱乐活动
