3、opresidential,onevicepresidential--aresponsoredbytheCommissiononPresidentialDebates.Tonight’s90minuteswillbeaboutdomesticissuesandwillfollowaformatdesignedbythecommission.Therewillbesixroughly15-minutesegmentswithtwo-minuteanswersforthefirstquestion,thenopendiscussionfortheremainderofe
