2、日消息，法国外交部副发言人亚历山大&183;卓尔吉尼表示，法方仍认为不可能向俄罗斯交付首艘“西北风”级直升机航母。此前，法国总统弗朗索瓦&183;奥朗德曾强调称，法国与俄罗斯达成的直升机航母协议，只有在乌克兰问题政治协调取得进步时才会完成实施。卓尔吉尼说道：“我记得总统(奥朗德)在9月18日的新闻发布会上发言表示，‘西北风’级航母本应在10月份交付，而当前局势无法进行交付。然而如果停火，危机得以和平解决，我们将交付航母，同时开始执行合同。”他表示，法方仍未准备好向俄罗斯交付首艘“西北风”级直升机航母。20currencydeposit,weprescribeap
