2、摘要:本次实验是在浓盐酸为催化剂反应的条件下,芳香醛、苯乙酮、吡咯烷为反应物发生的曼尼希反应,经过提纯后得到相应的较为纯净的曼尼希碱的反应。用红外光谱对其产物的结构进行表征,并探究反应时间、反应温度、浓盐酸的用量等条件对反应程度和产率的影响。经本实验研究控温在15-20℃,反应时间为22h,浓盐酸的用量为5滴的催化下,反应产率达65%左右。关键词:曼尼希碱;苯乙酮;芳香醛;吡咯烷8Research of the Mannich Base Synthesized by Acetophenone, Aromatic Aldehyde and PyrrolidineLiuNan(Class
