4、ntinsuranceinGuangzhouArticle1Thesemeasuresareformulatedinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthestateandtheprovince,andinconnectionwiththeactualsituationofthecity,inordertoensurethebasiclifeoftheruralpeasantsintheiroldageandtosolvetheworriesofthepeasants.Secondmorethan16yearsofage,didnot
5、participateinallkindsofsocialendowmentinsurance(includingbasicpension)ofthecity'sruralhouseholdstaff(belowincludingfishermen,herdsmenetc.),toparticipateinold-ageinsuranceinaccordancewiththefollowing:(1)farmersaged35yearsandlessthan60yearsofageshallparticipateintheendowmentinsuranceofthesem
6、easures.(2)theimplementationofthemonth60yearsofageoffarmers,canchoosenottopaydirectly,enjoytheelderlylivingallowance,untilhisdeath;canalsochoosetoparticipateinthewaypaymentwayofold-ageinsurance,basicpension.(three)thepeasantswhohavereachedtheageof16andunder35yearsofagewhohavenotbeenabletoo
7、btainemploymentcanparticipateintheendowmentinsuranceaccordingtotheprincipleofvoluntariness.Thefarmerswhoparticipateintheendowmentinsuranceaccordingtothesemeasuresarereferredtoasinsuredpersonsforshort.Thirdinsuredpersonscannotbeinsuredatthesametimeaccordingtoth
