2、thends,eachcore摘要“三农”问题一直是我国发展农村经济需要解决的重大问题，而解决“三农”问题资金是关键。村镇银行的成立对于增加资金供给，提高农村地区农民的收入，推进新农村建设，加快我国农村经济发展具有十分重要的意义。自2007年第一家村镇银行在四川建立以来，在加大西部地区农村金融资金供给、增加农民收入、提供贷款等方面发挥了一定的作用。但是村镇银行成立时间短，外部环境和内部治理诸多方面都不完善。因此本文针对村镇银行发展遇到的一些问题提出合理化建议，寻求适合不同地区经济发展的村镇银行发展经营模式。本文的论述从三大部分进行：第一部分主要介绍我国村镇银行设立的背景和意

3、义。第二部分介绍我国村镇银行的发展历程、现状和问题。最后一部分根据我国目前村镇银行的现状提出对策建议，包括十个方面，分别是：加大宣传力度；提高风险敏感度，加强风险管理；明确村镇银行的市场定位；降低门槛，扩大融资渠道；创新金融产品，提供多样化的金融服务；重视人才队伍的建设；优化经营管理机制，提高经营管理水平；打造健康的农村信用体系；加大政策扶持力度和完善村镇银行的金融监管工作。关键词：村镇银行；信贷；农村金融beconsistentwithinthesamedisk.Alternateunifiedcorerequirementsplacedontheterminalstri
