3、sionsArticle1ApplicationThisContractappliestotherelatedissuesregardingPartyB’susingPartyA’slaborservice.Article2ApplicableLawsThisContractandrelatedmattersshallbesubjecttolawsandregulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.Incaseofanydiscrepancybetweenthearticle

4、softhisContractandthelawsandregulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaforanyreasons,includingbutnotlimitedtothechangeoflawsandregulations,thelattershallprevail.Article3Definitions3.1PartyA’sStaff:PartyA’sStaffrefertoanyKoreancitizensneededbyPartyBanddispatched

5、byPartyAtoPartyBafterPartyAhashandledrelevantproceduresinaccordancewithlaw.3.2Attachments:Attachmentsrefertoallsupplementaryorrelatedagreementssignedbythetwoparties;theAttachmentsareintegralpartsofthisContractandhavethesameeffectasthisContract.3.3Management
