1、锻锤三缸镗缸机的研制——进给组件设计摘要本课题研究的是一台专用机床，专门用于镗削加工C41-2000型空气锤的三个气门孔。在认真研究、分析了设计任务书后，针对任务书提出的要求进行了课题调研和现场考察，提出了四个总体设计方案。经过详细分析、论证，确定采用第四方案。该方案的结构形式为：采用主机与工作台分离的落地机床形式；三根镗轴于同一竖直面放置，由电动机、减速装置、分动器驱动，采用同一转速镗削；进给系统由单独的电动机经减速装置驱动。本课题分为总体设计、主轴组件设计和进给组件设计三部分，我负责三轴镗床的进给组件的设计。在设计过程中，详细分析比
