1、在线学习流程根据《北京市干部在线学习管理办法（试行）》（京组通﹝2012﹞84号）有关规定和市委组织部的相关要求，我局干部在线学习范围由将由原来的处级及以上扩大到全局公务员和参照公务员管理单位人员。处级及以上学员每学年要获得至少40学时，科级及以下学员每年要获得至少30学时,另外，根据2013年依法行政工作计划要求，每人每年法制培训时间至少20学时。在北京干部教育网开展在线学习和考试等相关操作流程如下：1.登陆北京干部教育网政务外网地址：http://www.bjce.egov.cn/互联网地址：http://www.bjce.gov
