4、allengedwithVibriosplendidusbyinectionat1.0×10cfu/seacucumberforl5days.Phagocyticcapacity(PC),intracellularsuperoxideanionproduction(ISAP),ly—sozyme(LSZ1activityandsuperoxidedismutasefSOD)activityinthecoelomicfluidwereanalyzedonthe0,5,l0“and15“daysafteriniection.Resultssho

5、wedthatafterthe45一dayfeedingperiod,PC,ISALSZactivityandSODactivityinseacucumbersfedwithdietary3-glucanorglycyrrhizinweresignificantlyhigherthaninthosefedwiththebasa1diet.Onthe5dayafterinfection.alltheimmuneparametersexaminedintheseacucumbersinjectedwithsplendidusdecreasedi
