1、摘要摘要随着电力、电子技术以及工业自动化控制技术的发展,使得交流变频调速系统在工业电机拖动领域得到了广泛应用。另外,由于PLC的功能强大、容易使用、高可靠性,常常被用来作为现场数据的采集和设备的控制,因此变频器控制是现代工业节能、可靠和安全的首选仪器。本系统基于工艺流程与经济方面的考虑,最后选择了美国艾默生公司的EV2000变频器,设计一拖二的变频调速控制系统。可控制两台电机,工变一体且可实现工变频的切换,可显示检测到的压力和流量。变频控制系统的启动曲线在参考《油田采出水处理设计规范》双向过滤器反冲洗时限
2、规定的基础上,根据各种滤罐型式和每个水处理的实际情况,通过实验,确定每个系统确定的启动,运行,停止曲线。通过设置EV2000变频器的参数实现内置PLC控制、PID闭环控制、开环控制。通过变频控制器启停电机和内置PLC,实现了七段速度调节,适当地调整了反冲洗时限、流速和过滤周期,监测泵出口压力,设置缓冲罐、反冲洗罐、回收水罐的联锁自动控制,自动限制低速运行时间,保护电机和变频器等功能,有效地保证了反冲洗效果。关键词:反冲洗;变频器;PLC;滤罐;节能1摘要1AbstractAbstractAlongwith
