3、ourcecertaintaskstothecrowdbasedonworkloadvariations.Thepaperaddressesthemonitoringofcrowdmembers’char-acteristicsandtheeffectiveuseofmonitoreddatatoimprovethequal-ityofwork.HereweproposetheextensionsofstandardssuchasWebServiceLevelAgreement(WSLA)tosettlequalityguaranteesbetweencrowdconsumersandth
